Individually Customized Plan:
- This plan will include internet based training plans via Training Peaks where you will be able to log your workouts. This tool is vital to communicate with me how your training is going. You can log in not only your heart rate, distance, speed, etc. data but also provide comments on how you felt during the workout (tired, strong, etc.). You will also be able to graph your workouts to see how far you have progressed.
- Email contact: 1 per week*
- Phone contact: during initial assessment and during race week*
- 6 month contract: I feel you need to commit to at least 6 months to see a benefit in your training. Plus if your goal is to PR at a race most races fill up at least 6 months in advance.
- Race Week: You will set up a time for us to discuss either over the phone or via email your race goals and strategy. In addition, you will let me know how you did following your race and we will assess what went well and what we need to work on for the future. This assessment is the KEY to realizing your potential.
- Cost: $120 per month which includes online training plan, initial assessment, email / phone contact, and my race strategies. This is for an individual training plan. Group training plans are also available. Please contact me and we can work out a group training plan for your running or triathlon group.

Right now I only have a 5K beginner running plan; however, if you are interested in a beginner to advanced training plan for runners (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon) or triathletes (Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, Ironman distance triathlons) please email me and I will add additional plans if their becomes an interest.
*I expect that you will update your training logs at least once per week where I would recommend that you update it every single day. This is the best way for me to know if you are on track with your training or if you are over training and need to cut back with your training or if you are going through a difficult time at work and need to have a very light training week. If you make the effort to keep me aware of your training progress, I will update your schedule accordingly to accommodate your training/life needs.
